• You will receive gift vouchers up to ₹2,000 on every successful referral and a 20% brokerage refund for transactions in all segments to be disbursed on the 15th of every quarter for 3 years.
• Effective date: 1st June 2022.
• The referrer should be an existing client/customer of Arihant Capital Markets Ltd.
• For a referrer to be eligible for the offer, referees need to open an account within 30 days of submission of the lead.
• For the referrer to be eligible for the offer, the referee should log in to Arihant Capital Markets mobile app within 30-60 days of account opening and the margin should be added within T+15 days.
• If a person is being referred by 2 individuals, then the first referral will be eligible for the bonus.
• Minor accounts are not eligible for the referral offer.
• This product “Refer and Earn” is available on the exchanges NSE, and BSE.
• This offer is NOT applicable for the Arihant Capital’s employees and their family members.
• The referring person will not undertake any form of selling/advisory activities in secondary market w.r.t securities and will not manage the portfolio of the person who is being referred. He/she will strictly limit his/her role to referral only.
• Arihant Capital Markets Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this offer any time before the validity period mentioned without any prior notice.
• Arihant Capital Markets Ltd reserves the right to carry out checks & controls as it deems fit and proper before the disbursal of the referral amount to the referrer/referee.
• Arihant Capital Markets Ltd reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to change, alter or discontinue the offer and alter the terms and conditions from time to time.
• Any grievances related to the above scheme/offer/campaign would not be entertained under investor protection or grievance redressal measures of the exchange. The grievance related to the scheme shall be addressed by Company’s redressal mechanism and will not be governed by any other grievance redressal forum of regulator/s.
• If any referred client already existed in Arihant Capital Markets Ltd database as an existing client or potential client, then it will not be considered as a referral.
• If the details provided for referrals are incomplete/ incorrect/ invalid/ duplicate, the referrer who has provided a reference shall not be entitled to any reward under the referral program.
• The referrer should obtain the consent of the prospective before referring to Arihant Capital Markets Limited and confirms to have obtained the consent of the person referred for providing his/her details.
