Refer and Earn – Terms & Conditions

1. The Referrer is an existing client of Arihant Capital Markets Limited.

2. The Referee is the individual introduced by the Referrer for opening an account with Arihant Capital Markets Limited.

3. A Referred Client will only be linked to the Referring Client if they sign up and register using the Referring Client’s link from the beginning. If someone is already registered and then uses the link later to open the account, it won’t count as a referral.

4. Referred Clients under one Client ID cannot be moved or transferred to another Client ID for any reason.

5. All verification and account opening procedures will be carried out by our Operations team. The company reserves the right to reject any account opening application that does not comply with SEBI-prescribed KYC requirements.

6. Eligibility Criteria:

  • The referred client must make a minimum pay-in of ₹10,000 into their trading account after account opening.
  • A total of ₹218 will be debited from the referred client’s trading account as account setup charges:
  • ₹118 towards KRA Charges
  • ₹100 towards DDPI (Demat Debit and Pledge Instruction)
  • These charges will be applied regardless of whether the client starts trading or not.
  • Only the first 10 referred clients in a calendar month will be considered eligible under this referral scheme. Any referrals beyond the first 10 will not qualify for the reward in that month.

7. Reward Payout Terms:

  • The ₹300 referral reward post necessary TDS deduction as per government rules, will be credited to their Arihant Capital ledger account on the 15th of every month, subject to all eligibility conditions being met.
  • If the referred client fails to meet the minimum pay-in requirement of ₹10,000 or closes/suspends the account within 90 days, the referral reward will not be processed.

8. This scheme is intended solely for new account opening of genuine investors and traders. Any misuse or abuse will result in non-accrual of referral fees or any kind of payments thereof.

9. An independent auditor will conduct timely audits of all referred accounts for the purpose of genuinity of referring the clients for new account opening and the entire referral mechanism.

10. Referrers can earn up to ₹30,000 upon successful opening of 100 accounts through their referral links, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

11. By participating in the Refer & Earn program, both the Referrer and the Referee agree to their referral details being displayed on the live referral feed or in similar formats.

12. Arihant Capital Markets Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer, as well as amend the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. The decision of the company on all matters related to or arising from this offer shall be final and binding on all parties involved.

13. The Referrer shall not engage in any form of selling or advisory activity with respect to securities, nor shall they manage the portfolio of any individual they refer. Their role must be strictly limited to that of a “Referrer” only.

14. This Referral Program is open to all residents of India who hold a valid and active trading account with Arihant Capital Markets Limited.

15. The Referrer confirms that they have obtained the consent of the person being referred before sharing his/her details.

16. Investment in the securities market is subject to market risks. Please read all related documents carefully before investing.

17. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, every Referring Client confirms and accepts all the points mentioned below. If any false information or misrepresentation is found, the client will be responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused to Arihant Capital due to the violation of SEBI rules, stock exchange regulations, or any applicable laws in India.

  • i. I/We, having a trading account with Arihant Capital Markets Limited, confirm the following for participating in the Referral Scheme:
  • ii. I/We am/are not banned or restricted from doing business on any recognized stock exchange such as NSE, BSE, or MCX.
  • iii. I/We have read and understood all the rules and terms of NSE, BSE, and MCX regarding referral programs, and I/We know that by accepting referral rewards, both I/We and Arihant Capital bound to follow these exchange rules.
  • iv. I/We have read NSE circulars(NSE/INSP/43029 dated 26th Dec 2019 to NSE/INSP/43824 dated 11th March 2020), understand the contents, and accept that:
    • a. Any complaints or disputes under this referral scheme will not be handled by NSE’s Investor Grievance Panel.
    • b. Such matters will be resolved directly between me/us and Arihant Capital and should not be made public.
  • v. I/We confirm that I/We am/are only referring new people to Arihant Capital and not doing any of the following:
    • a. Giving financial advice
    • b. Persuading people to trade or invest with Arihant Capital
    • c. Giving stock tips
    • d. Managing portfolios

18. This campaign should not be considered as an invitation or solicitation to trade or invest. Arihant Capital Markets Limited and its affiliates accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from actions taken based on this information.

19. You agree that the following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate termination and disqualification from the Refer and Earn Program, along with forfeiture of all existing referral invitations and any accrued but uncredited referral rewards:

• Spamming, bulk distribution of invitations, sending invitations to strangers, or promoting the Arihant Capital Markets Limited Refer and Earn offer in a manner that may be considered unsolicited commercial communication via email, SMS, or similar channels. This also includes publishing any article or content related to Arihant Capital Markets Limited’s products or services without authorization.

• Advertising of any kind, in any form, across any medium — including print, audiovisual media, web platforms, or social media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) — that violates applicable laws or regulations, or could be classified as spam.

• Engaging in or attempting any fraudulent activity, abuse, or manipulation of the Arihant Capital Markets Limited Refer and Earn offer or its Terms & Conditions.

• Organizing competitions or contests or posting unauthorized content about Arihant Capital Markets Limited online.

• Any act or omission that causes, or is likely to cause, reputational or financial damage to Arihant Capital Markets Limited in any manner.

20. Any grievances related to this scheme/offer/campaign will not be entertained under the Investor Protection Fund or the grievance redressal mechanism of the Exchange.
