Refer and Earn – Terms & Conditions

A. How a Referral is Successful

A referral is successful when:

  • The Referee opens an account using your referral link/code.
  • The account is opened successfully.
  • The referred customer must maintain a minimum balance of ₹5,000 for 15 consecutive days, starting from the date the funds are added to the account.

Reward: The cash reward will be credited between the 15th to 25th of the following month, after the referred customer meets all eligibility conditions.

TDS: TDS will be deducted as per applicable rules.

B. Terms for Referrer
  • 1. The Referrer will be eligible to receive a cash reward of ₹700 for each successful referral, subject to fulfilment of all eligibility criteria.
  • 2. The referred person must complete the account-opening process using the Referrer’s unique referral link/code.
  • 3. The cash reward will be applicable only when the referred customer is a new customer to Arihant Capital/Arihant Plus and opens an account for the first time.
  • 4. For every referral, the Referrer must use/share the latest referral link generated through the Arihant Plus app. Sharing an old or expired link may make the referral ineligible for the applicable offer.
  • 5. The cash reward will be credited on the 15th of the following month after the referred customer meets all eligibility conditions.
  • 6. The cash reward will be credited to the Referrer’s registered account/details with Arihant Capital/ArihantPlus, subject to applicable verification and TDS deductions.
  • 7. Rewards are non-transferable and can only be credited to the eligible Referrer’s account.
  • 9. Maximum earning under this programme is up to ₹1,00,000 per year.
  • 10. The Refer & Earn programme is open to all active Arihant Capital/Arihant Plus clients in India.
  • 11. The programme will not be applicable to employees, authorised persons, business associates, channel partners, sub-brokers, referral associates or other persons specifically excluded by Arihant Capital.
  • 12. Referral benefits are applicable only for genuine first-time account openings. If the referred person’s PAN, mobile number or other identification/document is already registered with Arihant Capital, the referral will not qualify.
  • 13. Arihant Capital reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw or discontinue the Refer & Earn programme and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
C. General Terms
  • Open to all active Arihant Capital/Arihant Plus clients in India.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and credited to the eligible Referrer’s account.
  • Maximum earning is up to ₹1,00,000 per year.
  • Arihant Capital reserves the right to modify or withdraw the program at any time.
  • This Refer & Earn Terms & Conditions are effective from 10 September 2026.
D. Important Conditions
  • The Referrer must only refer and must not provide investment advice, stock tips or recommendations to the Referee.
  • The Referrer must obtain the Referee’s consent before sharing or submitting the Referee’s details.
  • Any misuse, spam, self-referral, fraudulent activity, misleading communication or manipulation of the referral programme will lead to disqualification and/or cancellation of the reward.
  • The Referrer must not promise assured returns, guaranteed profits or any other investment benefit to acquire referrals.

F. Referee (New Client)

  • The benefit can be utilized across segments.
  • The offer will expire if not utilized within 30 days from account activation.
